Starke Private Client which is part of Starke Family Law, is a leading Private Client practice, specialising in providing expert advice on Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and other services: proudly serving West Sussex and Surrey
To explain a little about the origins of our firm, Starke Family Law was founded as a specialist divorce practice in 2005 in Haywards Heath by Andrew Delo and Helen Starke. Together they established a successful practice with a strong reputation in the region. Helen left the practice and was appointed as a full-time District Judge in 2012.
Under Andrew Delo's strategic leadership, the firm has not only thrived in expertise but has also expanded its geographical reach and legal services offering to include Private Client services. Andrew's vision led to the establishment of the Horsham office in 2010, which has since become our Head Office, providing a central hub for our services. In 2023, the Reigate office further extended our presence, solidifying our commitment to accessible legal support, followed by our expansion into Chichester in 2025.
Our Private Client team, under the leadership of Sarah Kench, continues to uphold a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of Private Client practice. We take great pride in delivering an approachable, high-quality, and cost-effective service to our clients.
