Sue Jago was admitted as a Solicitor in 1996. She is a Solicitor, Mediator and a Collaborative Lawyer, offering a range of options to suit the individual needs of the client.
Sue deals with all matters relating to a relationship breakdown which includes divorce, separation, low and high value financial settlements, Children Act proceedings, cohabitee disputes and issues concerning domestic violence. Increasingly, she also represents clients in the preparation of pre-marital and cohabitation agreements.
Sue is an accredited member of Resolution and a Professional Practice Consultant. She is committed to helping clients to use an amicable and constructive approach to resolving issues and aims to resolve most cases without the need for contested court proceedings. Where court proceedings are needed, many cases settle at an early stage.
